The score can be skewed if the merchants have not provided the complete or correct information about the product. For many product categories, especially fashion goods, what is right for different people is very subjective. We have embedded the knowledge, where we found the consensus among various experts in the field. Still many people may not agree with our analysis. The Personal/Expert score and analysis is informative for those wishing to use them. If you find an item purchased with the help of ShoesDoc does not suit you, ShoesDoc shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages.

Some of the merchants delay the payment until their return period is over and this delay is usually between 30-60 days after the purchase date. When you login and go to your account page, you will be able to see the total money earned, commissions paid, and commission not paid yet. It takes us 5-7 business days to receive the data from merchants and update your account for the rewards.

Additional Terms
